We think the T-Top is the ideal choice for anyone fitting a roof tent for the first time or for those with young families. The tent comes with the “add a room” awning as standard, giving you the option of adding inside space.

The benefit of the ladder coming down inside the annex means you effectively make the tent and annex one space, particularly good if you intend to use the annex for additional sleeping space (it also means you don’t have to get wet when accessing your roof tent in the rain!).

The heavy weight canvas offers a near black out, cosy sleeping area, perfect for limiting the very early morning sun. However, for those wanting a natural wake up there are 3 windows in the sleeping areas, each with a zip down panel and mosquito net (which can be zipped independently). Inside, the tent has a full width 6.5cm foam mattress and useful large storage pockets on either side.

The tent comes in 4 different widths, as a guide, this is our width recommendation*:

• 1.4m – 2 adults can fit comfortably in this space + a small child

• 1.6m – spacious for 2 adults + easily accommodates a child

• 1.8m – comfortable for 3 adults

• 2.2m – suitable for 4 adults
